At Gold Plating Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gold plating for wear and tear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
